Paola Carvajal, MBA, MS
Financial Analyst
Paola leads our consulting services on GIPS® compliance projects. A strong quantitative professional, she is also responsible for statistical analysis and support for our clients in GIPS® and mathematical modeling and testing of our technology solutions and products. Prior to joining Finnovative, Paola was an academic researcher in financial econometrics and lecturer in advance mathematics and statistics in the Technical University Federico Santa Maria (UTFSM), Chile, for MBA and engineering programs. She also worked as a manager of economic development projects for the Chilean Government and the Foundation for Overcoming Poverty in the Patagonia.
Paola received her MS with concentration in Finance from the University of Rochester, NY. She also received her Master's in Mathematics and BS in Industrial Engineering from the UTFSM and her Global MBA from the University of Chile. She is a 2011 CIPM principles candidate and a 2012 level 2 candidate of the CFA program. Her other passions are classical piano interpretation, physics, and the Law of Time developed by Jose Arguelles.
Nagu Chandrappa, PMP
Technical Director
Nagu leads the architecture, design, project management and support of our technology solutions. He has over 14 years in Technology Architecture and Implementations for Investment Management industry. His areas of expertise includes Performance Analytics, Alternative Trading Platforms, Market Data providers. Prior to joining Finnovative, Nagu worked for Uni-Lever.
Nagu was responsible for the design and architecture of our product PortView, composite construction and GIPS® compliant reporting tool. He received his Bachelors in Electronics and Computer Science from Bangalore University. He is a Certified Project Management Professional and a member of the PMI (Project Management Institute). His passions are playing volleyball and enjoy hitting the slopes in the winter.
Hrishi Dalvi
Head of India Operations
Hrishi leads our operations in India. He has over fifteen years of experience in customer management, team and project management, system architecture, design, development and implementation of technology solutions. He is adept in end-to-end development of software products/projects from inception, planning, execution, monitoring and closure in collaboration with offshore teams. With his hands-on experience in leading teams on multiple projects, Hrishi is a thorough implementer with an ability to maximize customer satisfaction and software quality.
Hrishi has architected and designed mission-critical applications for clients in the USA, Bermuda, and India. He has also worked with Hewlett-Packard, Escalate, and California State Government in various consulting capacities. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai, India.
Meenakshi Gabri, MCA
Technical Architect
Meenakshi is responsible for Project Analysis, Project Delivery and Team Management. She has over 13 years of experience in software development and managing software delivery. She has good experience in Analysis of the client requirements and implementing mission critical applications. She was responsible for the design and architecture of critical applications for a major investment company specializing in fundamental index and global tactical asset allocation products. She has been leading the analysis and technical development of SQL Server, .Net based products and applications at Finnovative since 2006. Prior to joining Finnovative, Meenakshi worked for Future Point Ltd.
Meenakshi has a Masters degree in Computer Applications, Bachelors in Commerce, Masters Diploma in Software Engineering and Microsoft software language certification.
Michael Hoffman, CFA
Senior Consultant
Michael is a Senior Consultant with vast experience in performance measurements, attribution and portfolio management technology tools. A versatile professional, he works in the design of our technology solutions, promotion of our products as well as in the development of GIPS® compliance services.
Prior to joining Finnovative, Michael has held positions in product development and client services with some of the leading performance measurement and attribution firms including StatPro, Finaplex and Vestek.
Namrata Kambli
Project Manager
Namrata is responsible for Project Delivery and Team Management. She has over 13 years of experience in managing, architecting and developing software products and solutions based on Client Server and Web Technologies. A proficient analyst with a strong technical background has successfully guided and led the teams in executing various end to end future trading systems like MarketPlus and ARC in the Investment Management domain for Finnovative since 2001.
Namrata holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Technology from University of Mumbai, India.
Raghu Raghuram, MBA
Principal and CEO
Raghu is responsible for the overall management of the company. Most of his time however is spent working on products, consulting and client engagements. He was responsible for the design and architecture of MarketBridge, Finnovative's market data integration product. In the financial sector he has strong business and technical experience with Electronic Trading, Order Management, Portfolio Accounting and market data integration.
He built his experience and skills working for large systems integration and outsourcing companies such as Unisys, Systemhouse, EDS and Cambridge Technology Partners and has over 25 years of experience in technology management, delivery, solution architecture, and product management.
He sees himself as being a custodian of client interests, never failing to deliver on client commitments. He believes in a collaborative, employee owned model. Work away, the results will follow.
Raghu has a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. His other passions are teaching yoga and tennis, skiing and other outdoor activities and hanging out with his artistically quirky wife and mad kids. He loves the mountains, meadows and outdoor activities.
Vinod Karat Tazhatethil
Technical Architect
Vinod is responsible for the technical architecture and development of our product MarketBridge. He has over nine years of experience in the area of application development, product development, Data warehousing tools, Data Modeling and implementation for Investment Management industry. He has been leading the technical development of various products and applications at Finnovative since 2002.
Vinod holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and Post Graduate Diploma in Computers.
Michael Zoltowski
Director, Business Development
Michael Zoltowski is a veteran account manager and top-notch sales executive with over 10 years of experience in the financial services and software industry. Michael was with Bloomberg for the last year consulting their West Coast clients on portfolio analytics, risk and portfolio construction. The prior 4 years saw Michael in an active sales role selling portfolio analytic software for Thomson Reuters and another 4 years before that managing institutional client relationships for Vestek/Thomson. Michael's career began with a 2-year post at Deutsche Bank managing large custodial relationships. Outside the office Michael enjoys hiking, snowboarding, surfing and travel.
